This stunning wine is an intense ruby red colour with soft black cherry flavours and fruit aromas.

Our stunning 4 hour braised beef shin ragù, accompanied by our homemade Mafalde, inspired by Marco’s Nonna’s recipe
The twig on the front of the bottle is a grapevine cutting from the vineyard, each cutting is hand tied and represents the connection between the wine and the land.
Why not add a burrata to your pasta dish? Burrata is similar to a ball of mozzarella but creamier (and nicer!)
